This option is different than our resource tables inside the pavilion.

Thank you for your interest in being one of the few Recovery Rocks vendors in the event tent! We are excited to offer this again for 2024, and we believe it will remain a huge hit with the crowd!

Last year's event drew a crowd of more than 1100, and we expect as many or even more this year!

Vendor Details

Vendor Cost: $100

Includes:

6' table
black linen (if needed)
2 chairs
print & social media advertising

A Few Things to Note:

Vendors will be vetted, and we only allow no more than two, or in some circumstances three, vendors offering the same type of items.
There will be NO power available. Please be sure to have mobile devices for processing payment.
You may bring display racks as long as your area does not exceed 10x10.

Items offered must have some tie to recovery or wellness
No vulgar items or profanity allowed - this is a family event.
No items making reference to ANY type of substances.
No items related to political campaigns.
No items pushing any social or political agenda. This is a recovery event, and recovery is for everyone.

By submitting this form, I affirm I am duly authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the organization and agree to comply with the rules and guidelines of Recovery Rocks, an event hosted by The Mom of an Addict, Inc., as well as those of Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation and all other applicable laws. I acknowledge photos and videos will be taken before, during and after the event, and I grant to The Mom of an Addict, Inc., their assigns, licensees and successors the right to use my image in all forms and media. This shall include recaps of this year’s event and promotion of the event in subsequent years. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. By submitting this form, I affirm I am duly authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the organization and agree to comply with the rules and guidelines of Recovery Rocks, an event hosted by The Mom of an Addict, Inc., as well as those of Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation and all other applicable laws.
